1. Skip the warm-up.

The trainer includes warm-up exercises in training. When riding indoors, it is not uncommon to push the body with high resistance and high heart rate. The warm-up is designed to be prepared for peak performance and to protect against injury.

The goal of warming up is to increase blood circulation, warm up your muscles, speed up your heart rate, and get ready for anything when you start exercising. You shouldn't get tired, but it's okay to breathe and sweat while warming up.

Solution: If you haven't warmed up before your workout, this is an easy solution. To get the most out of your bike, just add 5 or 10 minutes to your training time. Try this 10-minute warm-up cycle indoors.

2. The seat is too high or too low.

3. You're not having fun

Cycling has to be fun! Of course, cycling costs a lot of energy and is not always easy. "What does not kill you make you stronger". That's true? But if you're not having fun, you're not doing it right.

As a trainer, my most important rule is to always enjoy the exercises you are doing. There are too many training opportunities that require you to do something that you don't enjoy starting in order to start a business. If you're not enjoying the session, it's time for a change!
